全自动将扁线，半圆线，经过剪切，成形，封口，锤压，激光焊接等工序生产不同大小的链条，盒仔链，长盒仔链，圆盒仔链等链条均可生产Fully automatic chain making machine by flat, half-round wire into different size of boxchain, long box chain and round box chain after shearing, forming, sealing, hammerpressure,laser welding and other processes.

操作说明 OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS

1.启动电源检查通电是否正常

2.将相应产品模具送料块，切刀，线芯，成型锤，钳子装到指定位置

3.装模具调整到合适位置

4.将已成型的圈子调整到合适位置进行穿圈

5.调整激光头到需要焊接的地方进行焊接

2. Install the feeders, knives, pin, hammer and pincers to the proper position

3.Install the toolings to the position

4.Pass through the formed link to right position

5Adjust the laser head to the place for welding
